KC Zoo field trip itinerary

8:00 - 8:30 am TBA - bus pickup at DoubleTree, campus, and downtown hotels to deliver to Kansas Union

8:30 am - Bus leaves Kansas Union

10:00 am - Arrive at the Zoo, pick up tickets and orientation. 

10:30 am - Group 1 - Behind-the-scenes veterinary tour (15 people) (other group free to continue to explore Zoo and aquarium). 

12:00 pm - Lunch on your own at one of the KC Zoo dining options - https://kansascityzoo.org/visit/dining/. 

1:00 pm - Group 2 - Behind-the-scenes veterinary tour (15 people) (other group free to continue to explore Zoo and aquarium). 

3:00 pm - The bus leaves the Zoo to return to Lawrence.

4:00 pm - Back in Lawrence with drop-off stops downtown, on campus, and DoubleTree.
