Bus transportation to and from hotels and apartments will be provided at the beginning and end of each day of the conference. Lawrence Transit buses, taxis and Uber/Lyft are also available in town.

Additionally, we have 60 KU apartments in Stouffer Place (1.6 miles from the conference venue) available at $46 per night as a cost-effective alternative.  These are 4-person units with individual bedrooms and bathrooms and shared kitchen and lounge areas.  An optional linen package (flat and fitted sheets, pillow and pillowcase, blanket, towel, and washcloth) is an additional $25 once-off fee. Stouffer Place Apartments 

Located on the KU campus, Stouffer Apartments offers 4-person suites with private bedrooms and bathrooms and shared kitchen and living room spaces. Bedroom furniture includes a twin bed, desk, chair, and dresser.  Living room furniture includes a couch, two accent chairs, a coffee table, two end tables, an entertainment stand, and four bar stools. The full kitchens have a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. All windows are furnished with blinds.  Rooms are $46 per night with an optional linen package including flat and fitted sheets, pillow and pillowcase, blanket, towel, and washcloth for $25 (once-off fee).

If you wish to have a room with other attendees, please indicate your preference in this Google Doc. Only 1 person needs to fill in the form for the request.  You can optionally enter 1-3 people as roommates. Please ensure that your roommates are registered before completing the form.
