What is provided: boat, paddle, life jacket, boxed lunch, 1 liter of water per person
What YOU bring: Your gear, additional water (1 gallon total suggested on a hot day); sunscreen, hat, snacks, and sturdy shoes such as river shoes or tennis shoes (no flip flops!).
We do have a few considerations for the day:
- Life jackets are required for everyone. No exceptions.
- No alcohol allowed.
- All experience levels are welcome.
- Please bring 1 gallon of water per person.
- 5 miles of paddling will require some effort. This is an active outdoor experience with paddling. This is not a “float” type of river.

- Weight limit 300 lbs per person allowing for 10 to 20 lbs of gear/water
